This 3-D stereotaxic atlas of the macaque brain is based on a high resolution MRI of a 3-year old male rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta). It is fully segmented and serves as the template atlas at the core of the NeuroMaps system. NeuroMaps enables investigators to map many kinds of data into a standard format for comparison with other kinds of data mapped by other investigators.
